  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted) for the swirl
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut flour, baking powder, eggs, melted butter (½ cup), pumpkin puree, confectioners sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan.
