  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots in olive oil over medium heat until crisp-tender.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and heat through.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning into the chicken mixture until well combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). On a parchment-lined baking sheet, form eight circles of shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake cheese circles for 6-8 minutes until edges are golden brown.
