  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 1.5 tbsp gochugaru
  • 2 tbsp doenjang
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 100200 grams egg noodles
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, doenjang, and water, then set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions, carrots, and crushed garlic until onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the spice mixture and half of the chicken stock; mix well.
  4. Add chicken breasts and remaining stock. Switch to manual pressure cooking for 15 minutes.
  5. Quick release pressure, shred chicken, and return it to the pot.
  6. Add egg noodles; cook on manual pressure for an additional 4 minutes or sauté until noodles are tender.
  7. Serve hot with garnishes like green onions or sesame seeds.
