  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and grill each side for about 6-7 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. Allow chicken to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
