  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 2 oz. frozen spinach
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp dried dill
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Chop sun-dried tomatoes and mince red onion. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with sun-dried tomatoes, onion, spinach, feta, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into five patties.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, warm cooking oil and cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  6. Serve on buns with yogurt sauce and sliced cucumber.
