  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and mint extract until smooth. Gently fold in flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and mint extract until smooth; avoid boiling.
  5. Spread the mint fudge over the cooled brownies to create swirls. Refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.
