  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter, press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 12 minutes; let cool.
  4. Beat eggs until frothy; then add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  5. Mix in sour cream, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until combined.
  6. Fold in chopped Oreos gently into the batter.
  7. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top.
