  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for topping)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  2. Sauté green onions and bell peppers with the sausage until softened.
