  • Pinch of cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate baking chips
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine egg whites and cream of tartar; whip until frothy.
  3. Gradually add granulated sugar, beating until thickened, then add powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and mixture is glossy.
  4. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips separately; set aside.
  5. Gently fold melted chips into the meringue mixture.
  6. Scoop dollops onto prepared sheets, swirl in melted chips using a toothpick, and sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Bake at 200°F for 1–1.5 hours until firm on the outside.
  8. Allow cooling on sheets before transferring to a rack.
