  • 2 lbs ribeye steak (sliced thin)
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 medium white onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • â…“ cup soy sauce
  • 1¼ cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ribeye slices and cook for about 5-6 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil, then sauté chopped bell peppers and onions for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  3. Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the vegetables.
  4. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, beef broth, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, black pepper, and cornstarch until smooth. Pour over steak and vegetables.
  5. Simmer for about 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
