  • 8 ounces penne pasta (or any short pasta)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions
