  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup pistachio butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Combine wet and dry ingredients; knead until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread pistachio butter over it and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log; cut into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
