  • 1 tablespoon butter (for icing)

  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar (for icing)
  • Pinch of salt (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, brown sugar, eggs, pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let donuts cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

  9. Whisk in vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt; dip cooled donuts in glaze.
