  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • Orange food coloring
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until combined and thickened.
  2. Mix in white chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs until smooth.
  3. Add orange food coloring to achieve desired color.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased baking sheet and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Once set, roll into small balls and coat with granulated sugar.
  6. Create ridges on top with a toothpick to resemble pumpkins; place a chocolate chip on top.
  7. Chill again until ready to serve.
