  • 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cream cheese until smooth. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and half of each cheese. Pour the sauce over and mix well.
  5. Transfer to the baking dish and top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Broil for extra crispiness if desired.
