  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 8 ounces salmon fillet
  • 12 ounces canned crab meat
  • ⅓ cup Kewpie mayo
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • Hot sauce (to taste)
  • Sliced avocado
  • Green onions
  • Nori sheets

Instructions

  1. Rinse sushi rice until the water runs clear. Combine with water in a pot, bring to boil, then simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix rice vinegar with sugar and salt until dissolved; fold into the cooked rice gently.
  3. In another bowl, mix salmon, crab meat, Kewpie mayo, cream cheese, hot sauce, and soy sauce until well combined.
  4. Spread seasoned rice in a baking dish; layer seafood mixture evenly on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with green onions, avocado slices, jalapeños, sesame seeds; serve with nori sheets.
