  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)

  2. Layer diced potatoes and onions in the slow cooker.
  3. Add seasoned beef steak on top of the vegetables.
