  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbsp white grape juice vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water

  1. Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
