  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the flank steak with olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Cook the marinated steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until reaching medium-rare (130°F).
  4. 4. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain into thin strips.
