  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  2. Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and seasonings; spread on a baking sheet.
