  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak by mixing olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Rub over the flank steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
