  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook the cubed russet potatoes in salted boiling water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and let cool.
