  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp plant-based oyster sauce (or mushroom sauce)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Pat dry chicken thighs and season with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken skin-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. While chicken cooks, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and plant-based oyster sauce in a bowl.
  4. After initial cooking time, baste each thigh with the glaze and cook for another 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
