Ingredients

Scale
  • 15.25 ounce box strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 scant cup vegetable oil (or 7 tablespoons melted butter)
  • 2 large eggs
  • White chocolate melting wafers (optional)
  • Heart sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, vegetable oil (or melted butter), and eggs until well combined. For best results, refrigerate the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  4. Bake for 9-11 minutes until set but not browned. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
  5. If desired, melt white chocolate and dip half of each cookie into it. Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still warm.
