  • 1 tsp oil (avocado or olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 1/2" piece fresh ginger (finely minced)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, orange juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Season the Salmon: Lightly season salmon cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the Salmon: Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Place the salmon in an even layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side before flipping. Cook until just cooked through, about another 2-3 minutes.
