  4. Add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant (1 minute).
  5. Stir in bell peppers and green onions; cook until tender but crisp (3-4 minutes).
  6. Return steak to the pan with coconut aminos; toss to combine for another minute.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
