  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • Non-dairy ice cream of your choice
